Life is Quiet Too

Cooper and Logan is home, Jlo showed up late in the day. It's a quiet day without the party boys.
Sometimes your Havanese likes to just chill. There is nothing wrong with them. They are simply playing recovery.
I can't begin to tell you how many times we got a call after a puppy was playing here that they think something is wrong as their pup only wants to chill or sleep.
Just like humans they also need downtime. Without downtime your body will be stressed and you are more apt to get sick and that's true of dogs too actually.
So after Cooper went Logan, Roxie, Panda and Spice just chilled and me, I washed. heh
PS: This Sunday is Mother's Day. I hope all the moms have an outstanding day even if it is simply chillin' as we need that too!

Glad you mention that it is normal for a puppy to be tired after playing.....Cooper the party dog has been sleeping a lot since we brought him home yesterday!
Anne: Yes, they always get so tuckered out as its fun, fun, fun non stop. We try to get them to rest but he was like a boy in a candy store - I want that and that one too and of course that too. :-) I am glad he is getting some downtime. Really happy that he visited!
