Bath Time Visit Tomorrow

This is the littlest gal. She wasn't pleased with the bath but she was compliant. Her siblings were playing which was an issue. 

This is the other littlest gal. She was chill.

This is mustache boy. All the boys were great with the baths! He rather liked it!

This is the tri boy. He looks the most like the littlest sister. 

This is dot on the lead. He was playful in the water and on the table.

This is ring around neck boy. His face is going to lighten up.

What is in Store

Tomorrow the pups have a bath, photos and individual shots on the floor for the blankets etc It takes approximately 20 minutes per pup times 6 so 2 hours. With floor photos, it may be longer as this is new. 

Will they enjoy or want to run for the hills? I have had both types. Tomorrow we will see. Then on Saturday we have a puppy family visit. Going to be fun. Pups will smell delish and be fluffy. 

It is Dennis' day off so I am doing all the puppy sessions, cleaning, washing floors, setting up xpens, dishes, pads and on and on, So, when we have a day off, I am working my ahem off so forgive me if this is short.

Playing and Playing

I had Stryker and Daphne upstairs. I had to remove them as they were a tad too much for one of the pups - mostly Daphne. She was just overly fascinated with this pup and the pup was having none of it. It was one of the girls. Otherwise play was good and they had a ton of fun.

I have had them up twice. Dennis will have the session before bed. I end up doing the cleanup in their downstairs pen while he has them upstairs. There is not much cleanup to do but we like to have it fresh always. I have this belief if they learn to live in a clean environment they appreciate a clean environment. 

After the last deworming, no one had bowel issues. Bravo!!

The Fun Play

Yoshi pups were upstairs with me today. They had a blast but started to pull pads apart. It always happens at this age but we correct and stop it from becoming a habit.

On Thursday this crew will have baths. I need to do it Thursday vs Friday as Friday is Nathan's day off and I need help with photos etcThen on Saturday they have their visit with the 4 families - still have 2 available. Have never advertised so not sure what to do. 

Pups had a roaring grand session with Dennis this morning. I had the afternoon shift and we practiced no chewing so I was no fun you see. But I am used to having those jobs.

They are really really confident now gettring up and down from that outdoor bed. It is amazing how a little trying perfects their skill. 

Sometimes Stryker and Daphne can play with them and sometimes they forget to be gentle. It is their age and normal but great conditioning to expose!

Pups Just Want to Have Fun

Pups are mega relaxed and have so much fun playing. It is wonderful to watch.

They are getting pretty agile too. 

It is the highlight of my day next to going out in the snow with the adults watching them achieve and just have fun!

Puppy Madness

Pups had fun this morning. They are awaiting their next play session but Nathan is napping with older pups and Hallie mom etc so we await them waking up 1st.

We have Daphne here from Hallie's last litter and Stryker and Daphne are in over the top excited play. Daphne was playing with the Yoshi pups a bit rough so we removed Stryker and her and will keep trying.

The pups didn't mind but I want them to be more gentle.

6 and a Half Weeks Old

There are 2 puppies there. The pups had 2 play sessions with me today. Dennis was out doing something or other with the leaves.

We are trying to get their vet visit in place and they have their 1st family visit on Saturday.

They are really outstanding pups. 

They come to whistles - well Nathan's whistles as I can't seem to whistle all that great. 

They love to run and climb and have a great time.

Today Stryker played with them too rough so we said no play for you. He needs to learn. 

Yoshi had her 1st baby (Juni) from her 1st litter come to get her nails done. I put up a couple of videos of her up. She certainly remembered her canine mom. It was delightful!

2 Play Sessions

I had 2 play sessions with the pups. Dennis will have the 3rd. I can't believe the fun they have. Snuggling them is the best.

They are eating hard kibble and chicken now. They don't eat as much as the Nami and Hallie pups but they are gaining and growing. 

They eat, play and sleep. They do this multiple times of the day. 

My feet was relatively safe today!
