Rheo's New Mom: 3 Updates Today

This is Rheo's new mom. Here are the family photos.

This is Rheo's mom's human daughter. She lives close by to Marjolein (her mom) so she gets to enjoy him. We already miss this boy. He's moving in with 2 big dogs and we are excited to hear how he does. Can't wait to hear about his journey.

Here's a gallery of them playing before and after departure.

He had a long drive so hoping he fared well. Milo doesn't depart till 7pm tonight so look for his update after 8pm tonight.

Congratulations to Rheo's new family. He is a darling. Please keep us informed of his progress.

Rheo slept all the way home except for checking on daughter Amy, a few times.
He has explored the yard, invited big dogs to play, was very social with grandsons 8, 10, 11, and posed for many photos. Now sleeping on his new bed in living room playpen. What an amazing first afternoon! We love him to bits already💕
Thanks to Nathan and Darlah for their superb care and love of these pups.

We had a wonderful first weekend with Rheo. He really is an amazing little boy!
He has slept thru the night every night, he is now eating regularly, has met a least a dozen new friends- kids, men, ladies- explored the front lawn on a leash, had a tour of my neighbour garden, heard the traffic go by, etc.
He is already exploring, racing around the yard, jumping on the big dogs, and been corrected (gently) by my Golden, played vigorously with some toys, chased balls, etc. He is brave enough to go exploring, so I am ever on the alert! He will need to be confined a little more now that he enjoys the big world so much😆 He loves to hang out under chairs and footstools, and is a great lapdog, of course. He has charmed everyone he meets. He is getting bolder and feistier already, so today we will start a wee bit of training and he will have his first brushing and combing.
We are in love with this most adorable puppy❤️❤️❤️

Oh Marjolein, this is wonderful to hear. I have a Roxie and Envy pup too, Radar, who will be 2 years in October. He is the sweetest soul ever but he has his bold streak occasionally. I am so happy Rheo is fitting in quickly although not surprised given his first 10 weeks. Keep the updates coming please. All of us who love Talemaker Havanese have a little family of bloggers and we love to watch and hear how all the pups are doing as they get older. Good wishes to all of you. By the way, my two just love two Goldens who live in our area! They are the best of buddies. 😃

How do I post a photo here?
