4 Weeks Old

I did plan to take them outside but its hot and I groomed all day. sigh. Pups are eating well and playing. 

Videos - not many are going up shortly. 

They are genuine characters. They make me laugh and laugh.

I can place them on my legs when sitting on the floor belly up and they are mighty comfie.

Almost 4 Weeks Old

Here is the gallery.

Pups were walking outside of their pen today and did real well on just flooring so we changed their pen setup to include uncovered flooring. We wanted to take them out today but it is way too hot. Maybe in a couple of days when it cools off. I think I got the out of pen on video. 

They are eating really well. Soon they will be playing outdoors on a regular basis and going upstairs. 

The boy does waggy tail a mile a minute when he sees me. The gal wags but not as crazy as the boy.

3 Weeks 5 Days Old

Here is the gallery.

These pups are edging up to 4 weeks old. Soon they will be going upstairs with cameras across the hall from us without Dennis or mom at night. This is the journey of independence from mom for the night. This won't happen till after they are 4 plus weeks old. 

Soon we will take them out on the deck and upstairs to play getting them used to different environments. 

I didn't get to take many videos overnight and today. I am simply exhausted and had a full day of grooming. Videos will be uploaded shortly.

3 Weeks 4 Days Plus Grandkids

Here is the gallery.

It is a busy house today and the son and daughter-in-law is shopping and we are taking care of the kids, pups and dogs. Tonight everyone arrives at 530ish. 

How did Hallie do with the grandkids with her pups and most of all how did the pups do with the grandkids? Hallie was magical - wanting to share and the pups really enjoyed the chaos, I suppose as there is no other way to describe it. Reminders as to not carry and walk with a pup was noted many times. Sit only. 

Can I use your computer? Can I use your camera, can I swim - can the pups swim with us. The grandkids are now with Dennis so I can do a blog before company arrives. How I will get the other blog done - who knows. This is day 1. 

Pups are eating really well without issue. They do drink water but not enough yet to do without feeding from mom during the night. They have had to do with getting woken up and now I have had to say - they need sleep. LOL

3 Weeks 3 Days Old

Here is the gallery.

Pups are starting to get fun now. They are eating, drinking and playing. The time they stay awake and play will get longer. They had their 1st water today and I think I caught it on video. 

The grand daughters got to meet the pups and Hallie was fine with it. I will try to get photos sometime this week with them and the pups. They are here for 10 days so lots of opportunities.

Pups are getting to be plain fun. I just love spending time with them.
