New Area

Here is the gallery. New ones will be added as I go in the day.

Nami pups, thanks to me got a new area to spread out in. Dennis came down to seeing it was done. It was time as they need to expand their territory, see out and strengthen those muscles along with learning new skills.

They now have a pad that we can put them on. (Not today as I am a bit too busy but I am hopeful, I will start tomorrow.) They learn from repetition. They wake up, you place them on the pad. They eat, you put them on the pad. They learn this way.

I do EVERYTHING within a 1 hour and 45 minute window as I need time for feeding and preparing to factor in and that is why blogs are late. Everything gets late.

How do the pups like this new area? They adapted immediately. Sometimes fussing when we do this but its as if they welcomed it and I am ever so glad.

Sage tries to take over. Nami messes up the pen. It creates extra work but you have to laugh.

What's next? In a few days we will try food.

Videos can be found here - still uploading today and be sure to check out the shorts.

They are quite curious about the hardwood floors!! Did any of them venture onto the floor?

They all did till I got the blankets fully down. You do not want to try them on floor all the time for a half a week or so as you want them strengthening their limbs first. They were fine with the entire experience. They have enough textures to stimulate them now. I am pleased at how they adjusted. Usually you have some fussing.

That make sense- floors are slippery! I can see from the pictures that Sage is in the crate lol silly girl

It is not just that they are slippery but they can do damage if done too early. So we wait till they are very solid in their ability.
