Update Today: Nesting Video Added

After an all nighter, she had a nap and now she is shivering and panting. Shivering means her cervix is dilating. So a daytime delivery but I pulled an all nighter.

Temps are now going up. I hadn't taken her temps till this morning when they are 99.4. Normal temperature of a dog is 99.5°F to 102.5°F. Wish I had known when her temperature went back up. I may have slept last night. LOL

When her body temperature goes to 98f, this is a sign that your dog will be going into stage 2 labor within the next twenty-four hours. Most dogs give birth within twenty-four hours after their body temperature dips. When it goes back up, it is usually within 12 hours. I have no idea when hers went back up but this morning it is.

She is still panting. Dennis is exercising so he gets his in. I may exercise though I am tired after Dennis and take her with me. That is nuts but I have not missed a day. I may not do much. I just may do 1 set to maintain my streak. I have exercised every day since December 2nd.

I am drinking coffee and watching a Japanese show on Netflix that Nathan suggested. We have a passion for music. He has already listened to it all.

As I type, Nami is massively panting. Will I get exercise in? That is debatable.
