Think we are there or almost. We are still waiting for our reproduction vet to give us an ETA on due date. I still have the air purifier to turn on but we are in great shape but worked half my day off to accomplish. LOL

Thank you to Sherry for new blankets she made for each of the moms.

Vet thinks not till the 30th. She sees 5 pups with a possible runt of the litter pup hidden but can't tell as she can only see what appears to be a head and no body - thus hidden. Time will tell. 

It Begins

Tomorrow afternoon I will be posting an xray photo that will tell us how many pups she has. Stay tuned to late tomorrow as they don't always send the xrays to our email until we nag them. LOL

Today we had to go get silly stuff like vanilla ice cream that actually helps contractions progress. Even though its my day off, a couch had to be moved. Tomorrow xpens and supplies have to be done. Cameras (to always watch) and lights to keep pups warm have to be installed. It's a huge process to get ready. We will do Sage's at the same time so we do not have to do that later. Towels will be washed, face cloths will be washed and supplies will be moved. There is a system. All we will have in here is my office chair and a recliner and my equipment. I will take photos when I am done.

Pups are kicking like crazy and she is starting to get uncomfortable. It is too early for Sage and belly shots.

She so loves the puppies. Her 2nd tie was Truffie and Nami 932am to 936am - only 4 minutes.

First Tie Today

Tie ended at 4:02pm 27 minutes.

Lulu's New Family and Play

This was the last puppy to depart. 

What a whirlwind experience. We miss them all even though we have Yoshi remaining. It has been a couple of weeks of 16 hour days. 

This puppy and all the puppies have been delightful.

Lulu's Last Bath

Here is the bath gallery.

This one didn't mind the bath in the least. She was even caught playing in the water bowl this afternoon. tsk tsk. Don't worry - she only did this outside as it was so hot. Inside she just drinks from it.

Pups are mighty quiet. They are not playing like usual. It will be interesting when we have one staying how she embraces Chai and Rebel.

This will be the last Nami pup to depart. Till next time...

Darcy's Last Bath

How did she do? Really - you are going to bathe me - seriously and then she was a superstar. She was a riot of personality.

Pups were tuckered out this afternoon as they are from the 2nd pickup. Safe travels little ones. I need to groom 2 dogs so will attempt to upload the videos as I go.

Pippa's Last Bath Before Departure

Well what a glitch that was. I put the wrong dog up. Got to love being rushed. I rarely make mistakes but I am rarely this tight on schedule and overwhelmed. 

How was she? She said you are not going to rush my bath. She settled in and we got photos, drying and all that fun. Tonight I do the rest with bags etc

Chloe's Last Bath Before Departure

She is a superstar in the bath and dryer. Oh my gad and so was her sister. Amazing - blow dry just an experience where she ENJOYED the blow dryer. Some won't react but she enjoyed and both sisters were the same. Be still my heart as I needed it today with such a very busy schedule.

Play Before Departures

This was my day and its far from over. I played with the pups upstairs after I finished making the items that went home with today's pups. I finished the paperwork at 1130pm. It seems I may be doing the same today and probably for a solid week. Oh boy. Our son is doing all the things I usually do like clean the xpen, do the water dishes, pads etc. If he hadn't it would have been 1am. I then got up at 6am to start my day. 

I had 4 dogs to groom and one was seriously matted so I was way behind. I barely made it to the afternoon go home. It would have been the 1st. I also had to groom before the morning. 

I just washed 2 pups, took photos and had to do another adult that goes home at 8pm and are now are doing blogs. I then have to do paperwork. I either have enough time to do the things I create tonight or I start in at 6am again. 

I am a dead person walking. 

Before all that we started playing upstairs. They had a blast. We are now down to 14. Tomorrow 12. I think 2 Hallie pups tomorrow.
