Dewormed Yesterday

I am going to short blog today across the board. I dewormed the pups yesterday eve and many of them got loose stools. This sometimes happens and this is why we do it instead of you. I had many bum cleanups, dryer experiences, blanket changes as they tried to get to the pad and laundry out my ears. It has resolved itself today - which is quick but I have been doing so much cleanup till about 12 so short everywhere. Please understand.

Pups are wonderful. They never missed a beat as you will see on the videos always playing despite - so not sick. It was just a reaction to the lovely deworming. Are we having fun yet? I mean the royal we - me = hahahaha. You didn't think anyone else was doing cleanup, did you?

Pups all are back to solid stools but I am so far behind.

It has not been a fun day.

Be sure to check out the videos.

I keep saying the same thing. Oh my gad!

As they say 'this too shall pass'
Sorry for the double entendre, lol😜

It was a lot of work. No one got groomed today. I only have an hour before I am cleaning a pen, doing dishes, laundry and I have something I must make.

I am so grateful that you are doing the deworming, and not leaving it for us.

I doubt they needed a deworming as their bowels have been pretty solid and they are back to solid. We do it simply as a preventative. But every vet will push you to deworm despite what we have done but its not necessary and as you hear they may get very loose stools. It's not a mess you want. I say only do it after a positive fecal test which we do Friday AND if their stools are loose. Why set yourself up for that. Let me have the fun. LOL I want you to know they were good puppies. They ran for the pads. They didn't always make it but they tried and then it passed. They were never lethargic nor acted sick as it was simply a reaction.

With your last comment Darlah I can just see them running for the pee pads 'I got to go poo!'😅
