Sorry So Late

Had dogs to groom. Did take a few dogs swimming but not many as that meant I may be up till midnight combing and blow drying. heh Here's a gallery from today.

Hugo has no hair and well he needs to expel energy as he's a bichon so he may go in the pool daily. heh.

Everyone played, rain around and had a reindeer antler treat. They were in heaven.

Mabel is here getting acquainted with Velvet. They depart on Tuesday so new baths and photos etc. Look for that.

Then I have no excuse not to do better blogs. But hey I am trying at 10:15pm at night.

Be sure to check out Spice's blog to see an Ines update.

Great gallery. Who is the little beauty in photo 8? What a beautiful coat and markings!

Great pics as usual, love that action shot!
I wondered the same thing, Anne. At first I thought it was Stone and quickly realized the coat was too short. Cute picture of him/her with the back legs out and little black pads on the feet.

It's a Joanna Swayze pup from Tweed. She's a sable like Logan and Cooper etc

Terrific gallery, Darlah. I am amazed at all the different hairstyles Havanese have. Some are left like show dogs, long, some are short and some are a combination of both. I like the long head hair with the shorter body hair for the practicality. Hmmmm. Radar is 9 months now, do you think his adult coat should be coming in soon?

Radar's adult coat should already be growing but you keep him short so it doesn't matter. :-) I find Stone's hair easy care.

That's why I asked, Darlah, I was waiting to see how he was with an adult coat. I find him a lot easier to groom than Patches who has the thick hair.

Yes, Jeannie throws the thick hair gene. great for the show ring but if long is desirable, best to thin out.
