Friends, Food and Busy-ness

Food Please...Here is today's gallery. I can't believe I am now doing the blog but I wouldn't do the day any other way - I think.

We had Steven and May come over with Panera sandwiches, chips and salad in hand. Thank you earnestly!! With a cool breeze outdoors we found ourselves surrounded by dogs. It was genuinely a pleasure to have them both come. We appreciate the lunch and the distraction. While they were here we had people over that wanted to see havanese.

Dogs were washed today. I had washed Ella and she jumped in the pool. tsk tsk She said but mom, I just had to. Really, Ella!

When you look at the gallery and see Scruffy - well Scruffy, he didn't go home that way. But you can clearly see he was having fun. Socks came and is fitting in as he always does. He is now watching tv on Nathan's head and well Cali is trying to edge him out of the way.

Tomorrow Maddie and Sadie get bathed and groomed before they depart. Teddy - well Teddy says where are you lady. I am just finishing the blog and then you can have my lap till bedtime.

Judy comes to see the pups (didn't make it today) and she is going to be excited about how plump they are getting.

The dogs ate my only sandals. They were Taos sandals and I can't find the exact ones - of course. Nathan's remark was well don't leave them down. They were in the shoe rack. geez. Puppies - what can I say.  Good news sandals are on sale now so maybe I can find a pair I like as much. If anyone see them anywhere, let me know. Looking for size 8. With pups I can't get out to look but if in your normal shopping you see a pair in size 8, let me know. This way I can buy a replacement. Don't go out of your way. Only if you see a pair in the right size. Most appreciated!

The saga continues tomorrow.

Today I wanted to water a large garden bed so connected the hose to the soaker hose system I have. Puppies will be puppies IS RIGHT ... Farley had chewed a hole in my soaker hose ... and, Nathan, the soaker hose is meant to be left down ;)
Oh, well, I still love the bugaboo!

We had a great time Darlah & Nathan - thanks for having us over. The boys have settled in, and it's been a quiet night, as they're tuckered out.

Havanese have beautiful feces. It was a beautiful gallery. I love the way they stick out their tongue.

Well my hose burst so it no longer reaches the back bed so the daughter filled cans and took them to the back. First day she has been home in awhile to do so. Those fabric hoses don't last long. :-( I think we are getting a regular hose whenever we can get to a bloody store.

I feel bad re; the soaker hoses. I have soaker hoses for the cedars but not the garden beds. Those I have sprinklers but we haven't had time to fix them (you do each season) nor take out the growth s they work well.

Thanks again, Steven and My!

Yeah Scruffy is a scruffy!

We have Cali here and Pepper and Cali played. Cali has fit in so well.

Monty is looking as cute as usual. He and Kona both have the tongue that never seems to fit all the way into their mouths.
