Brr Cold is Here

Here is the gallery.

Benji was here for a groom so I took the time to expose him to the puppies. Is that a gremlin? The puppy was persistent. It was a great interaction.

We had a ton of movement outside with the weather dropping.

I even gave in and went and got my aloe and succulents in by repotting. Anything else that is out there - oh well. I am done.

We had our puppy visit as well and they had fun. See Yoshi's blog to see the photos and videos.

It really feels cool and with the movement we captured, the dogs were loving it.

Daphne the Hallie pup is fitting in with Stryker quite well and so is Tessa who is a visitor. Daphne has more stamina than Stryker. LOL At night he drops dead asleep and doesn't even get up for bathroom visits by Nathan. He is tired. She poked her head up and says okay then goes back to sleep. Her sidekick that she lives with is always aware of where she is but they are playing independent.

A number of dogs departed and one is missed by the pups - Newt. He was a great hit. Trigger and Katie was like - are you kidding - mini dogs - it was funny! Newt liked them.

So far it has been a great weekend for the dogs. They are really embracing this cooler time. Even Noah and Zoe think this weather is grand and they are older dogs. We shall see how they like it when that white stuff flies tomorrow.

Each dental clinic we do a couple of our dogs. This time it was Stormy and Nami. What a great job they do.

Ty was here and is departing tonight. We so enjoy him.

Lol, just pulled the last of the canna lilies, dahlias, they're in the garage, just to dry off the dirt before going into the basement.
I'm kinda surprised, I still wanted to bbq but since it's not really accessible, that's it for this year!

We BBQ all year round even when the snow is high. Wed are crazy but I do prefer BBQ.

Glad I go my plants but the Cannas are still out there and are toast...

Those canna tubers might still be ok, you can try bringing them in, though cut off the stalks and leaves. Soil is not cold enough to cause damage, I don't think.
Our bbq is around the back, no quick yard access.
