Happy 12th

We’re celebrating Laci’s birthday today!  So blessed to have her. As the Little Princess she wants to wish her 3 Prince’s (littermates) a special day too! 

Cold Day So No Mud Hooray

It's a cold day hovering around freezing. Dogs are having fun. Rain and Hope are getting immersed with the adults. The  adults and them are doing well with each other. They are also taking naps with whomever wants to go. They also survived the overnight in bed. All the adults find them endearing and Jamie finds them to be curious and follows them everywhere so we let them go into the hall with toys and with Nami so they have a break.

It's dinner time as I type. 

I sorely need to relax some today. Yesterday was a ball of craziness busy time from waking up to 11pm. We shall see how that goes. 

The dawgs - well they are having fun but are now staring at Dennis saying - food - come on - work faster. LOL

It's a Meltdown

This was taken this morning so any dogs that came visiting this afternoon will not be in today's gallery but instead tomorrows.

Barney and Bailey is departing tomorrow. Logan and Panda went home this afternoon and Pepper goes home tonight.

No mud on paws today except on Dennis shoes. I prefer that! Reggie is having a great time but not getting dirty!

I think after today, Rain and Hope will join this gallery and that will get me back to 2 blogs. That is more managable. 

The dogs are all napping except the pups all over Nathan in the tv room. Dennis is busy setting up his computer in his newish case. He got the case a year ago and today he has time. He gets a new video card so he is motivated.

Me, I want to take a nap with Cinnamon and Jeannie in the recliner but laundry to do and videos to upload.

No Muddy Times Today

This is Nica and she is visiting for the day.

Today we have Petey - Nami's pup overnight. He is playing like crazy with Rain and Hope.

It is a bit cooler today and therefore muddy times is not part of the equation today. Hooray!

We had Bonham visiting for a few hours today and he got to see the pups. He was so excited to be here!

The dogs played and played today. Do you think they know T.G.I.F.? I guess it doesn't matter unless you have weekends off. What's that?

Dogs are playing. I am watching pups and blogging and Nathan went out to run errands. Dennis is feeding the dogs. It's a busy time but fun too!

Oh, and no one is in heat so gates can come down.

Meltdown

Here is the gallery.

I woke up at 7am to have Dennis yell, do something mom - there is mud all over the floors. Oh Cinnamon has mud on her. I took her into the grooming room and the mud clinged to her as if it didn't want to let go. She had it all over her face, on her tummy amd milkstations and the paws, I literally had to put conditioner on them so I could pull it out. Then Dennis screamed - got another and then another and another. That was the start of my day. Where did they get it - around our walkout. This is a huge meltdown and way too much mud. I did not want to start my day like that so they are doing more playing than not and we are only now taking them out a few at a time and watching that they do not repeat the performance. We have had two rounds of it and that is enough for me. I need a nap.

The dogs played. They still had fun but on hindsight I would keep them in the kitchen - let them dry so the mud falls off. I wonder if that would work?

Tomorrow another pup departs. Check out her bath.

I am warming up blankets for the dogs as I blog. The dogs so appreciate it!

Hovering Around Freezing

Here is a mini gallery.

Remember, I am going out at 445ish so a small gallery is all I could muster. I will be bringinging food home for Nathan.

Pictured above is Ellie who is welcoming Coco home tomorrow. Today we spent time with them to get to know each other. Much like Ollie and Petey and they are best buds now.

Things are melting but not fast so wet feet is not a many times a day clean up experience.

We are still doing warm blankets. The dryer just chimed so I must get them out and put more in. They are getting used to the indulgence.

Busy day today and tomorrow and Saturday too. Next week is quieter.

Oh the Fun

Nes and Jax are playing up a storm. Every now and then Jax wants a break so he climbs up on the top of the couch and says I need a snooze then they start in again. Nes doesn't seem to need a break. LOL

The dogs had fun today. They played a grand game of hide the treat. Not all treats were found - how interesting.

Tomorrow I have a puppy to wash that will be departing on the 1st and I am going out to eat with Ronnie and Elana tomorrow. So, the blogs I will try to get done early.

I haven't been out forever so looking forward to it. I need some human non family time. LOL

Here is the gallery.

The weather is hovering just over freezing so some meltdown is occuring. Despite the wetness, they are playing outside. Or they are investigating. Either way, there is more outdoor time than there has been. Dennis always runs with them indoors to make sure they expel energy. Exercise is a good thing. 

Ms. Bailey has departed. We miss her already. Mr. Rocco departs tonight. 

It was another warm blanket today and they so enjoy it. It makes TV time more enjoyable. 

Everyone received a freeze dried chicken treat including the Sage and Nami pups. They so enjoyed it and it was the 1st time for the older pups. Two of Cinnamon's pups tried to eat from her bowl. 

It's been an interesting day. 

Snow is Melting

Snow is melting. Dogs are enjoying a rainless day. It was semi warm today. I had a lot of grooming to do as it was mushy outside but it has been worse. 

Nathan made steak for himself and we could tell who must feed their dogs from the table. It wasa sight for sore eyes. It was rather hysterical. Nathan did give them some steak but not from the table. I say this as if you do feed them from the table, they will forever more be hopeful. LOL

Dogs had a wonderful day. We heated up blankets when they came in and they snuggled into the warm blankets till I was able to blow dry each. This has been the winter season of soppiness.

Some dogs do not mind the wetness and others do. Jamie - the non havanese thinks this wetness is a dream. He is a riot and oh boy he loves Sage. I am not sure why he loves her but if she is in the room, he needs to be with her. 

We are now down to 2 dogs being in heat. They are days away from being out and I celebrate. 

Tomorrow Bailey is departing and will be over the moon happy to see her humans. She has played from dog to dog. She is also very fond of Ollie but that doesn't stop the play with others. It is always so interesting to see who plays with whom.

Wet and Soppy But Fun

Yes, it is still really wet out. Ella was so bad, I just finished a full bath on her. They keep coming in looking like someone threw them in a pond. At least its not snowballs.

As you can see above, Charlotte and Bailey are having a splendid time.

All the dogs had a wonderful time but they are getting sick of combouts. Me too.

Ella and Yoshi have only a few days and they will be out of heat. I celebrate!

Tomorrow a Sage pup departs. Ollie comes for a groom and of course Petey gets to visit too. 

Sunday Sunday

Sopping Wet

It is ever so wet and the dogs roll in the snowy wet and come out looking like they are worse for wear. I get to groom that after. 

The weather is truly not the  best. Tesnshi came back in and laid out behind Nathan's neck to dry off before her combing.

I so wish for sun and dry. I bet you do too. I know the dogs do. 

I can't believe in 2 days another Sage pup departs. 

I just had someone ask me if I could put names under each photos I take. ugh no. When would I sleep?

Bailey and Charlotte play nonstop. Jamie LOVES the wet outdoors and I mean LOVES it.

Fenton can't see. I really need to cut around his eyes but not sure that is what is desired by his owners. I believe he can actually see but I can't see his eyes.

Each time I do combouts we do toothpaste. I can tell those that do this on a regular basis and those that detest it. LOL

Desp ite the weather the dogs are having fun!

No Gallery Day

Dennis is going to try taking photos but its like a pond out there and we are under a serious heavy rain alert that is keeping the dogs from going outside. It's been one heck of a winter. We have had more rain than snow and really dreary weather. 

Above is Amy who came to get groomed. She lives at Amica with her parents and they seem to be happy. She gets lots of attention and love.

I promise I will do better tomorrow with clicking. Well its Dennis job but maybe I will take over that job. We shall see.

 Dogs have toast warm blankets thanks to nathan drying and laying them out for the dogs. The house is set at 70 so they are not cold but boy did they like warm blankets. Many just fell asleep in them. 

2 Blog Night

Here is a mini gallery.

It is wet and foggy outside. Although a few went outside, most said NOT a chance. So we once again have a mini gallery.

Dogs are having fun despite this. Dennis ALWAYS runs with them in or out or plays find the treat or retrieve. They never just lay around unless they want to. Those that want to take a nap with Nathan mid day every day. It is their choice and a number can't live without that nap with him. It is nice.

Going to be wet again tomorrow. hmmm

Mighty Wet

Dogs were coming in mighty wet. We did have flying flurries but not enough of it.

This blog is going to be very short as we have a puppy departing tomorrow and I still have a ton to do to get ready for that.

Dogs are having fun. Dennsi is outside with them now.

No Gallery Day

This is a no gallery day. I apologize but will try to make up for it tomorrow.

This is Tuppy. He is a good natured boy. He had a onesie on from his neutering and now he has a cone. They think he had a reaction to the sutures. Usually boys heal in days. He is back to a cone. He is SO happy to get his cone off to get a comb out. What a way to tell him it's not bad to get groomed. LOL

Everyone is having fun. It is cold out. We can't seem to pickax the back yard. I so hate yellow snow. Dennis tried and tried. Can we get a meltdown or more snow? Sounds ugly - it is. one dog, 2 dogs - no issues but when you add visitors, that's a lot of pick axing and if the ice is too hard, well....

So, forgive me. Everyone and I mean everyone is having fun!

Oh Boy Again

Here is the gallery.

Ignore the yellow stuff. We are doing the best we can to remove it. It's hard when it is mostly ice out there but we so try.

It has to be tough. Tuppy got snipped and now he is dealing with a cone but it is not stopping him. He is a riot. He keeps playing. We will remove it when he eats.

Harlow thought it was comical and kept going up to it and pawing it. I imagine she was trying to figure out what this thing is. Tuppy doesn't care. He just has this glorious personality similar to Jax. 

Brewski has been exploring and polaying and playing!

Everything is iced over. We are trying to clean with ice. Dennis sent the dogs inside and used a pick ax but he was - well he said it was futile so ignore the yellow. LOL

Opus departed this early afternoon. Ty just departed. Chicklet and Corey are about to depart within the half hour. 

It's the day of departures. Logan and Panda arrived overnight. Rocco arrives shortly. It's an in and out day. LOL

Me, I have been grooming all day and I need to relax for a few.

Oh Boy

We have a full household play today. It has been absolutely crazy. Some dogs refused to go out but we had them go out for shorter stints. Dennis dod his usual games with them.

Oakley, Ollie and Kally depart tonight. Opus, Chicklets and Cory depart tomorrow. Tuppy and Rocco arrives on saturday. Sunday Lexi arrives for grooming and the Sage puppy visit occurs then puppy selection and they start going home next week. Oh boy...

Bailey so needs a haircut - well as short as momma likes it. She is still here for a bit having a grand time pouncing out of this crate or that to initiate play.
