Sibling Play

Well, Katie and Odin are here playing with Lila. That Katie is a character. She is full of it. What is 'it'? Whatever that oh my gad I am going to have fun spirit is.

Tongue hanging out, running with all her might she just went and went and the crashed on Nathan's chest and fell asleep.

She also has all the strategic moves down.

But Odin gets the best of her at times. Oh my he got me this time.

Then she gets him.

After her bath she got her nails done. Odin already had his done and Lila had hers done too.

All 3 pups are playing so well together. It's as if they remember each other. Oh they do!

Katie was giving exercise tips. hehehehe

And the moms are truly treasuring this time.

We also did some training, sit, heel, finish and come. Odin's been working on it for a few days so he was a star but Lila and Katie was quick learners. It tells me they are ready!

I caught Roxie staring at the pups and smiling. Nice! I think she is exhausted from all the play with the little ones and yes, I also caught her correcting them. No, you can't yank my hair on my face!

Into the Pool

Well Odin was supposed to get a bath Monday so he goes home nicely bathed but he decided to jump in the pool today so a bath he got. So much for a no groom day. Got to love the dogs. He swam just fine too. Of course he did. Momma Roxie and Daddy Katsura love to jump in the pool too. Don't think he was counting on it being that cold though.

Been There Done That

Later on the humans are going to do a video showing my commands so my human parents know what I learned. I survived the vets, the shots. I think I can fly off a couch - tsk tsk. I love cuddling with my canine mom but I am not crazy about grooming. That human here insists on it. Oh well time for yoga. I am told it helps me zone out with such craziness such as grooming. Monday I get a bath and go home.

Odin to the Vet

Odin went to the vet and now we see if he is sore tomorrow or tonight. He did have a soft ouch when she gave it to him. Otherwise he is great and made it through the visit quite fine.

He is such a cutie. He departs on Monday and then we have a puppy-less home. This one sleeps on the bed. He is truly a good boy. Today I am going to teach him sit.

Just started - sit, come, beside me. His only issue is too much excitement but when you wait he does it. Good one!

Katie Update

Hi Nathan and Darlah:

I have taken a few pictures of Katie with my camera and have just sort of figured out how to download them and send.

She is an absolute delight and I already love her to pieces!!  She has so much personality.

She has met about 30 people already.  Some in my backyard and some at armpit level on our walks.  Everyone oohs and ahs over her and caresses her :))

Happy to report that her and Molly get along very well starting on day 2.  They have several play sessions a day in the backyard and in the living room running up and down the ramp.  I went into the garage and then took all the garbage out to the curb this morning and was surprised to see Molly's head (as usual) and Katie's head right beside Molly looking out the window watching me from the top of the ramp looking out the window.  :))

I get lots of laughs and smile from all of her antics.  She sits and barks at me while watching me make her meals.  Pushy little broad.!!

Mommy Love

In the Crowd

Odin has no problem mixing it up with all. I wonder how he is going to react when the pool cover is off. We will be having rain all week so we shall see.

It is fun having a pup around. It will be sad when he departs. But then the 'todo' list gets done. It's already begun. We had 10 lawn bags filled today and Odin was delighted with all these piles we created. The adult dawgs were too! It made it a challenge at times. heh

Roxie had a bath today and I just let her air dry. Warm days you can do that as long as you comb/brush them out.

Odin and Bella on the Run

Odin is no longer using his teeth to nibble and is kissy, kissy, kissy instead. He runs like the wind.

Not much of an update today as relatives are here - some just departed. Dogs were amazing but no groom day today. Much to catch up on tomorrow though. hehe

They played hard and they look like it!

It was a pleasure to have the dogs share this day with us - our own and those that arrived, were here and those that departed.

Odin and Buddy had a sleepover with Bella who is almost the size of them. Bella is from Abigail's litter.

Bella, Bailey, Odin and Buddy - and Bonham comes today so his humans can get their forgotten video camera so we will have a bit of a - hey that's you play session.

Risa is smitten with Buddy. It's a riot!

She just wouldn't leave him alone.

Oh and Buddy doesn't have a hair out of place and then there is Odin.......

Even though Abs is still healing she is very in tune that Bella is hers. How nice!
