No Blog Day Of Sorts

Ms. Spice as a pup.... we at Talemaker want to wish all the moms out there with human and/or canine kids a wonderful Mother's Day.

I have to say we have incredible canine moms and dads out there that have Talemaker pups and I thank each and every one of you for being who you are.

Thanks to those that made my day special. Thanks goes to Anne Ko for making Roxie's special.

I would be remiss without mentioning that my canine moms are the absolute best. If they were not then it simply means their journey should be something other than motherhood. Not all mothers are meant to be moms and that includes humans too and that's okay.

To those that lost their moms they will remain in your heart. My mom is alive but does not know who I am due to Alzheimer's. But I have memories and they always remain as I hope yours do too. Life is interesting. It never gives us enough time. So treasure the moments and the memories.

Happy Mother's Day all! We will return to our usual updates tomorrow!

I hope all of you had a wonderful Mothers Day. As for me, Coop is the child we never had so I spent the day with my canine child, can't think of a better way to spend Mothers Day. So grateful to have him in my life!

Thank you Darlah for your touching words, especially that my dear mother passed away two years ago of Alzheimer. I greatly treasure the memories, and she will always be with me, in my heart. Coincidentally, Jeannie's puppies share the same birthday as my mom.

Thank you Darlah. As you know Elana is divorced and living with us. This year Rusty gave his Mom Elana flowers and a Mother's Day card. It was great to see her face. The beautiful loving canine children bring so much to our lives. It is a blessing and we so appreciate it. Thank you.

Clarity is so special. I lost my mom far too early, nearly 20 years ago, and miss her tons. I was looking at pictures and feeling sad. Clarity woke from her nap, quietly came over and put her paw on my knee. I picked her up, she gave me a kiss and melted into my chest with an audible sigh. I LOVE THIS DOGGY and want to thank both you and Nathan for choosing me to be her mom. Happy Mothers Day, everyone.

Thanks so much for your beautiful words. My Mom is no longer with me so today is always filled with mixed emotions. Caelen is also the child we never had so today was about spending extra time with her. I discovered that she loves Dairy Queen soft ice cream as much as her human Mom. Caelen wants to wish you and Panda a Happy Mother's Day

Thanks for the picture of Spice. Lost my mom when I was 12 and Mother's Day has always been a challenge. This year I had Murphy to share it with and we went for a walk and got caught in a downpour without an umbrella. All I could do was laugh, we were so soaking wet.

Thank you so much for the miracle that is Murphy. Here's hoping you had a well-deserved break for Mother's Day.

Lovely words Darlah. I hope you had a special Mother's Day. Did you get a Dairy Queen?

We spent a lovely day with our two fur babies, Tobias and Havoc. Havoc grows closer to our hearts with each day. Even Tobias is letting him in.

Thanks for your wonderful words Darlah. Patches and Radar are the children we never had (or should I say grandchildren now) in addition to our prior 8 dogs and 1 cat. They were and are wonderful and unique. One never replaces another, they each have their own wonderful personalities and our two now have personalities plus. My dear Mum had challenges all her life but I was lucky enough to have her until I was 60 and she passed relatively quickly after she was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 87. We all have so many things to be thankful for. Happy Mother's Day to all the Talemaker Moms, we are all such lucky Moms to have these darling dogs in our lives. Thanks Talemaker for making our lives so much better. Darlah, I am so sorry to hear about your Mom, Alzheimer's is like losing your parent while they are still alive, so sad. Happy Mother's Day Darlah!
