Last Visiting Day Before Home

Here is today's gallery.

This is the last visit before heading home. We still need picks from some so please get them in. We can't assign pups till all have responded.

Two weeks after the pups go home, Yoshi's will have their 1st visit. Oh my!

The pups enjoyed it immensely. I think I am tired. LOL

It is going to be a fun day of play later today as no photos - just immense play with humans. 

Weather is mighty good outside. But I think we are playing indoors. We shall see. 

They have had a lot of experiences to get them ready to be home. 

Once we know what day your puppy goes home to you, they get baths and their last deworming. We will take photos of the bath and the family photos departing. It will all be mighty fun and magical, imho. Of course such me will miss them so I hope to see them from time to time and the moms will also enjoy that. Yes, they remember them.

Puppy Visits x2

The pups were loud wanting to come out. They are starting to understand the fun begins when you hear people in the hall. They are pretty smart. 

They are all social and fun!

I hope everyone had a great time. Going to miss these pups. Hope to see some of you when boarding is required!

Getting Ready

Here is the gallery of both sets of pups.

I am working on name tags for the sherpa bags you should buy before coming to get your puppy. They are most comfortable traveling in them from place to place.

The top tags is the back. The one above is the front and will come with a name and phone #. It will attach to the bag. Blankets etc will have the face of your pup and name.

I have to recreate everything I normally do as the software I used changed and it didn't allow my existing designs to port over. I not only create the designs myself but I print, press and pray no mistakes as each item comes with a hard cost.

I can't add names nor photos of dogs nor create the designs except the items that doesn't have pertinent info. I am thankful that we are having the final visit before pickup tomorrow and Sunday. This will allow puppy selection and the creation of all the things I must do. So, after pups are assigned, we ask that you have your name ready and the pertinent info I acquire to get ready for your pickup. 

We only allow a couple of dogs a day to depart. We have done 3 if there is a good reason but we like to manage moms.

Vet Visit

Boys are usually larger than the girls. I say usually... as that is the truth.

They had their shots, microchips, full checkup checking for bites, hernias, hearts, structure - patellas, ears, eyes etc

Everyone is in perfect health. Girls across the board did better with the microchip insertion vs the boys. The boys all screamed. Shots no issues. We shall see tonight if any get sore.

Events Coming Up

Here is the gallery. I will add to it as the day goes on.

Tomorrow the vet is coming to our house to do checkups, shots and microchips. 

Saturday and Sunday we have puppy visits.

After your visit, we request you send Nathan your top 3 picks.

After pups are assigned, we will ask for names, pertinent info so all these swag bags and paperwork can be finished.

We will also ask day of pickup. Busy times for all coming.

Please realize that this is not an easy process for us, either. We haven't even asked for the top 3 and I am getting - I MUST have this one - no other. At the end of the day, there is not a bad puppy in the lot. 

One time, 5 people wanted the same puppy and it took us 3 days to figure it all out. It included telling someone they have to wait for the next litter. It was the most stress-filled experience. I do not want to duplicate that time but it is already turning into that. 

Instead of being a happy moment for all of you, I am heartsick. Just thought you should know.

All these pups you will love. They will be what you desire by exposure, love and training. You do not know them well enough like me. You have had a fleeting moment in time so mostly it is based on looks. <sigh>
